At KISS STAR, your satisfaction matters to us. Each item is made to order through our production partner, Tapstitch, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship created specifically for you. Because of this personalized production process, we follow Tapstitch’s return standards outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all KISS STAR products are custom-made when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Please review the size charts on each product page before ordering. If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to assist.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To process a replacement, please email us at RyanRayy@kissstar.store within 7 days of delivery and include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and the problem area
Once approved, we will submit the issue to Tapstitch and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with Tapstitch and the carrier. If the carrier confirms a lost shipment, we will send you a replacement.
Address Issues
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

The shipping address provided was incorrect

The package was refused or unclaimed by the recipient
In these cases, you may be able to receive a reshipment by covering the shipping cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds (only for defective items that cannot be replaced) will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
