Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
We currently ship products from two sources:

TAPSTITCH Fulfillment: Most ESSENTIALS products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our production partner.

Custom K*SS STAR Orders: All exclusive, handmade, or limited-edition pieces are shipped personally by us from our home studio (drops outside of the KISS STAR ESSENTIALS line.
Processing times:

TAPSTITCH orders: 2–5 business days before shipment.

Custom orders: 3–7 business days depending on complexity and availability.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after processing:

Domestic (US): 5–10 business days

Canada: 7–14 business days
-
International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Delays caused by customs, weather, or postal service issues are outside our control.
3. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.

TAPSTITCH orders: tracking links will be sent automatically via email once shipped.

Custom orders: tracking will be emailed directly once your package is dropped off at the post office.
If your tracking number doesn’t update immediately, allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to refresh.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier.

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs will be charged before it’s sent again.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

For TAPSTITCH orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable — we’ll work with the fulfillment team to resolve it.

For Custom orders: Contact us directly at RyanRayy@kissstar.store. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when possible.
7. Pre-Orders & Custom-Made Items
Exclusive or custom-made pieces may have extended production times. Estimated ship dates will always be listed on the product page or order confirmation.
